Pagtutok sa community based drug rehab program, gi mando

 

 

TAGBILARAN CITY, February 1 (PIA)–Gilagdaan ganinang buntag ni Gob. Edgar Chatto ang usa  ka memorandum alang sa mga mayor ug kapitan sa barangay ning lalawigan sa Bohol nga nagmando sa pagtutok sa Community Based Drug Rehabilitation pinaagi sa pagpalig-on sa mga municipal center alang sa Drug Education ug Counseling ug ang Rehabilitation and Treatment Without Walls aron pagseguro nga luwas ug drug free ang Bohol.

 

Kini, bisan pa sa pagpahunong sa Oplan Tokhang ug Project Double Barrel sa Philippine National Police (PNP) apan magpadayon gihapon ang pakigbugno batok sa ilegal nga droga sa lalawigan sa Bohol.

 

Kalabot niini, gi-presentar ni Chatto kang Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Kalihim Ismael Sueno ganinang buntag ang nag-unang inisyatiba sa Bohol sa kalinaw ug kahusay, apil na ang anti-illegal drug war pinaagi sa Provincial Peace and Order Council, emergency response ug management pinaagi sa TaRSIER117, ang Countryside Development Program Purok Power Movement, ang Center for Drug Education and Counseling, ug ang Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program.

 

Si Sueno ania sa Bohol karong adlawa isip pinasiduggang dinapit sa Provincial Congress sa Liga ng mga Barangay ng Pilipinas-Bohol Chapter nga gipangunahan ni Provincial Board Member Romulo Cepedoza.

 

Samtang karong adlawa usab, labaw sa 1,000 ka kapitan sa baragay ug 48 ka mayor ning lalawigan sa Bohol ang nagtapok ug pormal nga gi-selyohan ang ilang drug rehabilitation program.

‘Project Double Barrel’, Oplan Tokhang gipahunong una sa PNP

 

TAGBILARAN CITY, January 31 (PIA)–Gi-anunsiyo ni Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Dir. Gen. Ronald Dela Rosa kagahapon nga ihunong una ang Oplan Tokhang ug Project Double Barrel sa PNP sa tibuok nasod.

 

Kini human gipabungkag ni Dela Rosa ang tanang anti-illegal drugs unit sa PNP agi og pagsunod sa mando ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte.

 

Matud pa ni Dela Rosa nga gitangtang na sa Presidente ang gahom sa PNP sa pag-operate nga adunay kalabotan sa ilegal nga droga ug sa pagkakaron, “war on scalawags policemen” na ang tutokan sa nasudnong polisya.

 

Nagpasabot kini nga nakatutok na sila sa ‘internal cleansing’ human ang serye sa krimen nga gilambgitan sa mga polis partikular ang pagkamatay sa Koreanong si Jee Ick Joo.

 

Gibutyag pa ni Dela Rosa nga itukod sa PNP ang Counter-Intelligence Task Force nga mosusi sa tanang polis ilabi na kadtong mga napasakaan na og kaso kaniadto apan nakabalik pa gihapon sa serbisyo human mi-apela.

 

Magpadayon pa gihapon ang war on drugs sa gobyerno apan ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) na ang mahimong lead agency.

MANILA, January 26 (PIA)–Gi-alerto sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ang publiko batok sa mga nagtakoban nga ahente sa ahensiya.

Ang pasidaan gihimo ni PDEA Chief Isidro Lapeña atubangan sa nadawat nilang taho kalabot sa mga nagpailang PDEA agents sa ilang komunidad ug nagtanyag sa mga ‘persons of interest’ nga matangtang sa watchlist sa mga drug personalities bugti sa salapi.

Giingong pipila ka pekeng agents usab ang nangayo og ‘protection money’ gikan sa mga drug pushers.

Gitataw ni Lapeña nga matangtang lamang ang pangalan sa mga drug pusher gikan sa ilang watchlist kun mabilanggo kini.

MANILA, January 23 (PIA)–Hatagan og kopya sa “drug watch list” ang mga regional directors sa Philippine National Police (PNP) sa tibuok nasod.
Matud pa ni Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Kalihim Ismael Sueno, ang maong kamanduan naggikan kang Presidente Rodrigo Duterte human ang gihimong  pakig-pulong niini sa mga mayor ug  gobernador sa nasod sa Malakanyang.
Ang maong paghatag sa listahan sa mga PNP regional directors nga mao usab ang  Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) vice chairs gituyo aron malikayan ang bisan unsang ‘conflict of interest’ ug malisya sa mga opisyal sa usa  ka lalawigan.
Gitataw sa kalihim nga ang listahan nga ihatag mao ang mga pangalan nga naa sa ilang mga lugar usab nga nasakopan.

Palasyo: Drug war, kontrolado pa gihapon ni Duterte

MANILA, January 9 (PIA)–Gihimakak sa Palasyo ang napatik nga artikulo sa “The Guardian” nga nag-ingon nga “out of control” na ang gilusad nga drug war sa administrasyong Duterte mao nga angay na kining mahunong.

Gitumbok ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Kalihim Martin Andanar nga “in full control” si Presidente Rodrigo Duterte sa gilusad nga kampanya batok sa ilegal nga droga.

Bilar PS tops “Double Barrel” compliance accomplishment

Col Lorenzo Batuan reported that Bohol police has accomplished over the target figure for bringing drug personalities to surrender, but still some police stations lag behind in the compliance of the drug war deliverables. (RAC/PIA-7/Bohol)

TAGBILARAN CITY, December 28 (PIA)–How they did it, Pilar Police Station topped the local accomplishments of Operation Plan Double Barrel Alpha, which started 50 days ago.

In its campaign beginning October 26 to December 15, Pilar Police Station accounted 209 illegal drugs personalities who surrendered and showed goodwill.

This is despite a police station target of only 51 drug characters, a report from Camp Dagohoy bared.

Bearing a card rating of 410 % Tokhang accomplishment, Pilar looks down upon the closest contender: Bilar.

Bilar on the other hand accomplished 280% with only 51 drug personalities targeted but accounting for 143 drug characters who surrendered after getting convinced that the President’s drug war is far from just getting a good impression.

After Bilar is Carmen Police Station which had 102 drug personalities on target and garnering a 262% accomplishment.

Carmen Police Station delivered 267 personalities neutralized by surrender, Police Superintendent Lorenzo Batuan shared.

After Carmen is Getafe which had 51 drug personalities for its target accomplishment.

Getafe Police station however walked the extra mile and arrested 7 drug personalities while causing the surrender of 117 more, to earn it the fourth top slot with 243% compliance accomplishment.

Running in fifth but not after scoring 211% accomplishment is Guindulman which had 215 drug personalities who surrendered after 50 days, the same report indicates.

On the other hand, among the least compliance accomplishment were Corella Police Station at 6% accounting only 3 of its 51 personalities in its target and Mabini Police Station with 13% getting only 13 of the 102 personalities in its list.

Next is Alicia Police Station with 7 of 51 persons in its list. This is 14% compliance accomplishment.

Sikatuna Police Station also delivered low with only 18% accomplishment allowing for the surrender of 9 personalities in its 51 name target list.

That same span of time too, Bohol Provincial Police Office counted 3,867 drug personalities in its monitoring list.

3,796 of these surrendered to police stations, 69 arrested and 2 were killed in these Tokhang operations.

For a target of 3,621 for the first 50 days, Camp Dagohoy attained a compliance accomplishment of 107%, according to Col Batuan during the PPOC. (rac/PIA-7/BOhol)
