Sure open the city drainage and spill all SEWAGE WATER out to sea!!!!

It's not like we live there!!… By all means, OPEN IT!!!

If YOU want Tagbilaran Bay to be like Manila Bay..

And also, I hate the officials who are passing blame.. Why don't you be united for once.. and order the disconnection of those illegal connections to the city drainage… So we have less to worry about..
