GIPAGAWAS sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang P11.6 bilyones nga pundo agi ug katunga sa yearend bonus ug cash gift ngadto sa kapin sa usa lka milyon ka empleyado sa kagamhanan.
Matud ni Budget Secretary Rolando Andaya Jr. ang pundo magpaneguro nga may ikapamasko ang mga empleyado sa nasudnongng ahensya, state universities ug colleges (SUCs), empleyado sa GOCC, GFI ug local government units.
Ang yearend bonus katumbas sa usa ka buwan nga sweldohan samtang ang cash gift alang sa mga trabahante mokabat sa P5 mil.
Gibanabana nga ang katunga sa bonus labing sayo nga madawat sa mga empleyado sa petsa kinse o dili pa ang petsa 30 sa Nobyembre.
Gilantaw usab nga ang mga bonus karong tuiga mas dako dala sa 10% nga pagtaas sa suholan sa mag empleyado.
