Ordinansa sa pag-quarry sa Bohol gituki pa sa Junta Probinsyal

GITUKI sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan sa Bohol ubos ni Bise Gobernador Julius Caesar Herrera ang usa ka probisyon sa dili pa aprobahan sa bahan sa mga magbabalaod ang Bohol Mining Ordinance, kini butyag ni Francisco Obedencio.

Si Obedencio, kinsa maoy information Officer sa junta sa Bohol mipasabot nga may usa ka probisyon sa draft nga ordinansa nga nakitang magpalisod sa proseso sa pagkuha ug permit alang sa pag-quarry.

May probisyon didto nga naglatid nga ang usa ka aplikante sa pagmina kinanhanglang makabaton pa ug aprobadong ordinansa sa SP sa dili pa kini mokuha ug pagtugot sa pagmina ug pag-quarry gikan sa Buhatan sa Gobernador.

Kadaghanan sa mga sakop sa hunta nagtuo nga dili na kinahanglan ang maong probisyon sahi sa pagtuo ni BM Alfonso Damalerio, kinsa sponsor ning balaodnon. (rachiu/PIA)
