Kongreso Mipalabang sa “Renewable Energy Bill”

Ang balaodnon gipangamahanan ni Rep. Juan Miguel “Mikey” Macapagal-Arroyo (Lakas-Pampanga) ug Rep. Luis Villafuerte (Kampi, Camarines Sur)
Lakip sa gilantaw sa balaodnon mao ang pagtu-on sa aron paggamit sa biomass, solar, hangin, hydro, geothermal, ug sa ocean energy.
Sa pakigpulong dungan sa pagpasupot sa balodnon, si Rep. Arroyo mibutyag nga tinguha ning balaodnon nga makab-ot sa nasud ang malungtarong enerhiya. Kini aron ikasalikway na ang imported nga sugnod, ug aron usab aron makunhuran ang makadaut nga aso nga naghulga sa kalikopan ug kasanihan sa katawhan.
Ang pagpasupot sa balaodnon sa Kongreso mahimong historic, tungod kay wala kini makadama sa mga panahon nga kini giduso sa ika 8 nga Kongreso.
