Guv buot ipadeklara sa SC nga “supak” ang HR 1109

BUOT na ni Gobernaor Erico Aumentado nga ipadeklara sa Korte Supreme (SC) nga nilapas sa batakang balaod ang House Resolution 1109.

Kini bisan pa nga ang resolusyon nagpatawag lamang sa pag-umol sa mga pundok nga magsugod pagtuki sa batakang balaod.

Matud sa Gobernador, ang lakang sa Ubos Balay Balaoranan nga sila-sila ra ang mag-tuki sa hisgutanan sa pag-usab sa batakang balaod pinaagi sa constituent assembly (CONAS) nangagda ug kagubot.

Hinuon, iyang gipasabot usab nga walay bikil kaniya kon mag CONAS man apan kinahanglang apil ang duha ka balay balaoranan subay sa glatid sa batakang balaod, (PIA)
