For proper monitoring all concern LGU heads shall see to it that the roads go to the market and not to the pockets. Post mortem reports shall indicate the following: 1. Time completed (from date started to date completed) 2. width and length of roads 3. type of roads (gravel or anapog) 4. detailed cost of the specific project 5. officials involved in the implementation these informations shall be published in the locality where the road is made..or this shall be published in the local newspapers.
