Excuse on militarization, not reasonable – Dureza
For the service given by the government, it is not reasonable for the opposition to constantly incriminate that there is militarization in the Arroyo administration. This is the statement of Press Secretary Jesus Dureza, as an answer to the Opposition strongly pointing out retired Police and Military Officers with important positions in the government.
Dureza defended that the moment military and police officers retire from the job, they return to being civilians. He adds that they have already served as soldiers for the nation and their will to serve more should not be doubted.
