Duque miawhag pasakaa’g sumbong ang nagpalusot sa kontaminado nga gatas
GIAWHAG na ni Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque III ngadto sa mga natungdang ahensya sa kagamhanan sa pagpasaka sa tukmang sumbong batok sa mga nalambigit sa pagpalusot sa mga gatas nga kontaminado sa melamine.
Gitumong ni Duque III ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Bureau of Customs ug ang mga Chinese embassy officials paglihok aron kapa-sakaan na ug tukmang sumbong ang mga nalakip niining palusot.
Matud niya, kinahanglang masugdan na ang sumbong kriminal ug administratibo batok sa mga natungdan.
Ang pagpalusot sa kontamindao nga gats nahisupak sa Article 18 Section B sa Consumer Act, ug kili mahimong gamiton bisan ngadto sa masakpang nagbaligya ug nagtumod sa mga gatas ug produkto gikan niini nga namatud-ang kontaminado sa kemikal nga melamine. (PIA/rachiu)
